Neon Goliath / 1:1 Personal Brand Coaching

TAPESTRY / Personal Brand Group Coaching

If you know you need to get serious about your personal brand and are ready to join a community that’s on the same mission, Tapestry group coaching is where you need to be. Tapestry is a group coaching program where you and a community of like-minded people are meeting online once/week to focus on your Passion and a Plan strategy: how to get clear on your personal brand, how to make a roadmap to launch it, gaining momentum in getting out there, and seeing it through until you’ve reached your destination and soaring higher than you thought possible! Coaching FAQ

When are the meetings? What times and when?

Typically, group coaching calls happen Wednesday’s from 4-5pm Eastern time via Zoom. Some groups may have a different time or day but all efforts are made to accomodate who is in that group and their timing preferences. 1:1 coaching times are decided upon at launch but typically occur the same time each week.

What's a group coaching call like?

Passion and a plan! We’ll start each call with some kind of training from Jon Barnes based on the 4D process. Next, everyone has a chance to ask questions, get clarity, or discuss our focus topic for the day and how to implement it. Lastly, there’s always time for sharing about where we each are on our journey, what needs and challenges we’re having, celebrating our wins, and getting help where it’s most needed.

What's the 1:1 coaching like?

Neon Goliath (Jon’s 1:1 coaching program) is an intensive, acutely-focused weekly training that addresses the key actions and roadmap related to creating, launching, and loving your personal brand. This is a great fit for leaders, executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs who typically have a specific vision in mind for what they need and want that 1:1 attention in order to accelerate the process as much as possible. Each engagement is customized around your needs, goals, and timeline.

Is there homework? Things to do outside of the calls?

There is usually some kind of activity or task you’ll need to be working on during the rest of the week between calls BUT chances are that you’re making some pretty big moves in your personal and professional life anyway so any work we’re doing is going to directly apply to what you’re already doing.

Do I get other perks being part of these coaching programs?

Oh yeah! You get access to Jon’s Audit to Action course, all the worksheets and tools that come with the trainings, a discount on merch, and access to the private The Jon Barnes Facebook group just for those in the coaching programs. Maybe a sticker, journal, or other freebie will find its way to your mailbox, who knows?

Are the group coaching calls led by Jon Barnes or someone else?

They’re totally led by Jon Barnes! We might bring in a guest speaker from time to time but each call is personally led by Jon.

What if I miss a class?

With a weekly meeting cadence you’ll of course miss a class here or there just because of life. No worries! We also may need to sometimes cancel a class due to holidays or travel, in which case we’ll add some time to another week’s call. If you miss a class you’ll just need to request the recording for it.

How long is the commitment?

If you join one of Jon’s coaching programs and aren’t feeling it then let’s stop! There’s no commitment but the expectation is that to really get major traction in your personal brand process, you’re going to need to stick with your coaching commitment for at least 3 months. From there, stay connected to your coaching program as long as you’d like! Commit to that and you’re going to go farther than the last 3 years.

Do these fill up?

Yes! If you’re on the fence about joining please know that there are a limited number of spots in 1:1 and group coaching and when they’re full, they’re full. There’s only so much of Jon to go around! If these coaching options are full then you’ll be directed to a wait list.

How do I quantify the results? What can I expect to happen?

Here’s the deal. Part of your needs are about knowledge. You need to learn things you simply don’t know about the personal brand process. That’s what this program is all about. Yet, it’s not enough to just have that data. You need to be part of a community of people that are doing the same thing you are. You need that energy, that inspiration. That’s what makes group coaching so powerful. It’s a regular time in your week that you’ve committed to where you know you’re going to be pushed, inspired, and get that knowledge, all in one place. For 1:1 coaching each target is unique to that engagement and we’ll work on establishing those key metrics in our first call. The overall result you can expect is to gain clarity and know what to do in order to overcome the obstacles of launching your personal brand.

How much does it cost?

What's the application process?

Currently, each applicant for TAPESTRY or Neon Goliath needs to schedule a discovery call directly with Jon to see if these coaching services are the right fit for you. Just click above to schedule that call as soon as possible.

How Do the Custom Cohorts Work?

All custom group coaching packages are customized based on the needs and goals of the organization. Typically, these engagements are 3 months with calls 2-3/times per month. Assignments are given and some work is expected outside the calls. A typical cohort works best in groups of 5 – 20.
